Please read carefully.
The final fees include equipment, time, and service. No additional charges are formulated unless intentional by the client and photographer. A non‑refundable deposit fee is required for all available sessions. After booking online, the client will receive a confirmation email that includes a required intake form. The form must be completed before the session.
 

Cancelations or rescheduling must be done through the client's account at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. A rescheduling fee is not permitted.
 

Studio Sessions: For sessions requiring a studio, Kennedi Malone Photography will reserve the studio space on the client’s behalf. Studio rental fees typically range from $65–$120 per hour and are billed separately from the session fee. Because studios require upfront payment to secure the space, the studio rental fee must be paid before the session date. Sessions cannot proceed until the studio fee is paid in full. The remaining session balance is paid on‑site after the session. Edited images will not be delivered until all payments—including the studio rental fee—are complete.

Outdoor Sessions: All outdoor portrait sessions are approximately 1 hour in an outdoor setting of the client’s choice. If a location is 50+ miles from the zipcode 76063, a $50 traveling fee will be required. Location selections should be sent to the photographer at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Outdoor sessions are subject to cancelation if a location is not determined by the client on the same day of the scheduled session. The number of images depends on the length of time spent on location.

Image Rights & Delivery: All sessions include high‑resolution professionally edited digital images and the right to print all photos. The client cannot edit or alter the images in any way, including cropping and filters. The client cannot claim the work as their own nor use the images for commercial gain. Unedited images are not to be sent under any circumstance. Please allow a minimum of 7 days for edited images to be delivered.
